To secure your Wedding date, a deposit payment of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking.
This booking is transferable to an alternative date, subject to availability.
The remaining balance is due no later than 3 months before your Wedding Day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Experiences booked by or for Under 18s must have an accompanying adult.
There will be a £15 charge for anyone wishing to spectate. Under 5's will be free.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND OTHER INFLUENCING FACTORS
Weather Conditions -
Birds of Prey are predators that can fly in various weather conditions. However, sometimes the weather can cause problems for both the birds and the Falconer. Therefore, should the conditions be deemed unsuitable for either, a booked experience may be postponed and rescheduled to a mutually convenient date.
Should you have a Falconry Experience scheduled, and certain unforeseen factors affect your day, please contact Wye Valley Falconry as soon as possible to arrange for the experience to be re-booked. This concession will be at the Falconer's discretion.
Please note that failure to notify us of non-attendance within 48 hours for a booked experience or event will result in the loss of payment.
